Different Strokes?

I read reviews here recently of two Boston escorts, both of whom I've hired more than once. One review was entirely negative, yet I've had great times with this particular escort for a couple of years, regularly. The other review was entirely positive, but my last experience (3rd or 4th, but definitely the last) with the escort in question was horrible. (I omit their names to make the question more generic.)

 

My question is: To what extent are the "good" reviews posted here due to "good" times with mediocre escorts (seen once or twice) and how many of the "bad" reviews are from off days with reliable escorts?

It's human nature to only speak up when you've got a gripe.

 

Ask *anyone* in customer service or technical support.

 

A friend runs customer service for a company that sells fireplace products and the odd kerosene heater. They NEVER get calls saying "Your heater works so well, thank you very much!" They *often* get calls saying "YOUR FUCKIN HEATER BLEW UP! I'M GONNA SUE!" (Two questions in, they find out the guy put gasoline in his kerosine heater, and no I'm *not* kidding. It happens several times a day.)

 

It's human nature that you only see the complaints when someone exposes customer service to the public eye. And that's pretty much what we have here on this site.

 

This is about customer service. The GREAT guys end up looking great. The not-so-great guys end up looking not-so-great.

 

I wish more guys would post reviews about the great escort experiences, but as I said it's human nature to only speak up when you've got a gripe.
