Yes, I see that it has expired. But sometimes guys that have expired profiles are still up for meeting.

How would you set it up?  I see that it is possible to send him a DM on his RM profile, but no phone contact information is provided.  Will he get your message?  Hard to tell.

Yes, by sending a DM to his profile. It’s worked for me several times.
