Trying to add my profile picture

Hi buddies,

I'm new on here and am now trying to add my profile picture in the little circle. I'm having a hard time doing it. My current picture is all blurry. LOL.

I'm not good with technology. I'd appreciate any help you could give.

By the way, where do I post pictures of my Big Boy? Lol. Do I have to be a member to do that?

I'm also unable to edit my posts. No such option where the 3 dots are.

A blurry profile picture almost always comes down to one of two things: either you uploaded an image that was too small and the platform stretched it, or you uploaded a huge, high-resolution file and the forum’s compression mangled it when resizing it.

Some forum features, such as editing posts, are limited or blocked for new accounts. Those restrictions are usually lifted after a certain amount of time or once you’ve made a certain number of posts.

The image itself that you used is tiny.

That's the actual image itself that was uploaded.  As you can see, it's much smaller than the space used so the site tries to stretch it to fit the space which makes it blurry.  @JamesB hit the nail on the head with the answer.
