I texted with him. Very good conversation. I then went to set up an appointment to meet and he insisted on a deposit. It went downhill from there as I don't do deposits. We didn't meet.

I reached out & asked him if he did FaceTime to confirm identity. He said he did not due to “past experience.”

Definitely suspicious. Was chatting about meeting in Philly and then updates his profile to being in Seattle.

Yes definitely suspicious, I contacted him through the rentmen  messenger and asked about price he asked for my location and after telling him he only replied ok. No further information.

Also it made a bit of sense that his first ad was for the Philly area because his area code 223 is South central PA which isn’t that far away. 
 

Now that he has moved to another city I wonder if he’s just looking for deposits as @davidhikes mentioned.

Scam! He is not real and just is harvesting deposits. The pictures are ripped from the web and he will disappear and create a new profile with same number in a week's time. 

I already played his game before so even to test this time since no reviews and same pics asked for a FT verify and he refused and blocked me.
