Note, this is apparently a spa in NYC and that's its phone number. It's not in the other Paris (either France or Texas).

Has Paris Men Spa reopened?  Has anyone been there recently?

Yes it’s been reopened for a few months.  But it is in a basement with rains coming this week hopefully it doesn’t float away

Now that it has reopened, is it the same guys running it as before or a different group? I was not fond of the manager before.

Some new guys same manager I believe.   I just see Kenny , he always delivers an excellent massage.
