He is VERY new to this.  Slow response in RM but got a reply back about 2 weeks later.  Had a good back and forth for about 30 minutes.  When I tried to finalize details for meet next day like we agreed, he went radio silent again.  Disappointed because he seemed like a nice guy to meet up with.
