A search of the address shows that it appears to be in a residential building. No commercial space is apparent from the building’s description in various real estate websites.

Can't help but feel like this is sketchy, despite the very professional website.  I HOPE it's legit but something just seems off.

The address close to the top of the "About" page looks like 148, but if you look a bit lower, it's actually 140 W 23rd, and the google street view shows that there is/was a sizeable street level commercial space for rent at that address.

Well, I'm nothing if not curious, but you are correct!

The day I checked it, each page loaded but they wouldn't scroll and only the top info was displayed. Could have easily been an issue on my end, as Spectrum has been in and out this past week (for me).

It's an interesting read . . .
