Bathhouse recommendations for FTL

Hello, I will be in FTL this week and am looking for bathhouse recommendations. I am 37 and looking for a crowd around my age. As for the experience I am looking for I am not sure if I want something more chill or not. I just want my first experience to be fruitful . I have read about Club FTL and 321 slammer. Are there more? Or are they the only options.

Also would appreciate some bathhouse tips if you have any for a first timer. I am really excited and just want to be as prepared as I can be. Like what should I bring with me, etiquette and anything else you can think of. I have read a lot of threads but seeing repeated information really helps cement what is actually important to do. Like should I buy a private room?
