NYC Masseurs who can provide a receipt for FSA/HSA

Does anyone know any NYC masseurs (or spas) who can provide a massage receipt in a form that’s acceptable for FSA or HSA?  It’s not a complicated receipt, but the masseur would need to be comfortable providing his name and contact info.  Maybe 1 or 2 on rentmasseur mention insurance, so I’m sure that they can provide, but curious to know about others.

George James Spa has done it for me.  He uses the Vagaro software that can email you an official receipt.
