I've been spending time in Madrid the past year, and here are four reviews, from best to worst. Happy to provide details if you DM me.  By the way, none of these guys spoke good English, if that's a concern for you. (Spanish people, in general, speak lousy English, especially compared with elsewhere ih Europe...So learn some Spanish before you get here!)

First of all, you should know that telechapero.com has hot guys, usually somewhat less pricey than rentmen.  (Be careful to choose guys with reviews.) 

These guys provided one of the best sexual experiences I've ever had.  Attractive, friendly, excellent masseurs, and totally giving in bed.  I went for the 1.5 hours with penetration option (300 Euros), worth every penny.  I had never had a four handed massage before, and  they delivered a lot more than I expected. Have prices gone up that much?? I never paid more than 150 euro for an hour in Madrid. Although 200 euro seems to becoming more the norm. But 250 or 300 euro seems quite above market rate.
