IMHO, he's got a hot body but too much cosmetic surgery to his face (lips, cheeks).  I'm sure he would be handsome au naturel but that's just my opinion.

The lip filler is just awful. Too bad. But there is a solution: hyaluronic acid-based lip fillers can be safely and effectively removed or reversed using an enzyme injection called hyaluronidase.

Not sure if they are fillers, they could be just naturally large lips, he's someone of color and they'll naturally have fuller lips then most folks. Also, the cheeks could be because he works out so much and is so trim. Both can be rationalized and explained away as natural and not as filler nor cosmetic surgery.

He’s got naturally large lips the way I’ve got a naturally smooth forehead.
