Responded very quickly.  It's on the edge of some "too good to be true" vibes frankly, but I'm not sure.  4 of the 5 reviews are from what are pretty clearly fake review accounts, the 5th is either legit or somebody's putting effort into it.  Probably visiting, based on the address, but I guess he was here 2 months ago also, based on this thread... hmm.
