Cialis “boosters” - pros/cons?

I recently had an experience where Cialis didn’t work as effectively as I had hoped. In my research, I came across a few companies that combine Cialis with other neurochemicals. I’m curious to know if you’ve had any experience with these products and what your pros and cons are from your perspective.

- PT-141 (Bremelanotide): works in the brain to enhance sexual desire and arousal, rather than improving blood flow.

- Apomorphine: stimulates brain signals associated with arousal, helping to trigger an erection.

- Oxytocin: a natural “bonding” hormone that can increase feelings of intimacy and may enhance arousal and orgasm.

Needs more context. One of the first preliminary questions is exactly how tadalafil on this (isolated?) occasion fell short … speaks to its purpose in tandem with your expectations. What dosage? Also, since some of the collective of three potential adjuncts targets the desire aspect of sexual response and possibly mediating that component, did you think your libido level may have been the limiting factor rather than erection robustness per se? Finally, orgasm details?

That said, it’s usually best to consult your practitioner, as that individual knows your history, prescribes the PDE5i, can assess drug interactions, etc.

Great questions. So, I was getting a sensual massage and wanted to be “ready” in case things got steamy. 5mg Tadalfil (which usually works great for me) but when the end of the massage came and he was working on my thighs - it wasn’t enough to signal my excitement. I knew I was up in my head (the guy was REALLY hot, the room was unfamiliar) but I started looking into what might help get me out of my head and more excited with what’s in front of me  

Here’s the formulation (sublingual) I was considering: 

PT-141 – 1 mg

Oxytocin – 20 IU

Tadalafil – 5 mg
