I haven't hired or looked into hiring anyone from that particular site. However, I do know at least one has had a rentmen ad.

The best thing you can do is check out rentmen/rentmasseur (or any sites you can find similar providers) for the locations you mentioned and see if one of the guys you like appears there. Do a search in the search section for the name of the specific guys you like on the provider sites and see what pops up. A lot of porn actors, especially during these economic times are popping up on or returning to the various provider sites. Another option is if you can find their social media, particularly twitter, direct message them and ask if they meet with fans and see what their availability is.
