When you get there, pick up a copy of "Sydney Star Observer" or "SX" (that is if they're both still going - gay papers come and go quickly in Sydney). They're in all of the clubs or even just in the doorways on Oxford Street.

Just go to one of the Brothels or whore houses. They are advertised in the local rags. It is actually an interesting process. You are greeted by a host who then excuses himself. Then each one of the boys (or men) working come out and introduce themselves and tell you what they are willing to do. It's been a while since I was in Sydney, but there is a street that leads into King's Cross (The Red Light district) and there is a park about three blocks before the district. Street hustlers (some attractive, some a little more weathered) stand on the street and talk to anyone who walks by. I found them all friendly without being pushy, and clear about their price and offerings. If you don't see what you like, go back an hour later. Much busier on weekends than weekdays.

 

It was kind of fun, and definitely a rush, without being really dangerous.

The brothels are great. The problem is that ownership (and quality)

can change quickly. I remember going to a place called Alexander's in '94 and having one of the best times of my life. The owners served wine and you have a lot of excellent escorts to choose amongst
