Came across his ad as a duo in leolist where he lists as vers-top with description of mostly top while in RM as vers.

contacted him and everything was fine and date set..then try to reconfirm and totally ghosted....add him to the rather sizable "flaky" pile out there

Poor little things are sketchy AF, sure as death lost in the T sauce. The Telegram number on his ad and the pinned crypto post on his IG should be dead giveaways. Probably not much time left, hence why resorting to RM to see if they can get some for their next little fix. Please remember, once a guy injects steroids, and there is little education and impulse control, it's very easy to start injecting other things. Add to that the Hamilton factor, and you have the recipe for the perfect disaster storm. I will give him he's learned a few tricks with AI-based video/photo editing and text generation. But in that same line of thought, it's impossible to know whether what he presents online is real or not. I'm leaning towards saying that those photos with less muscle probably look like he does now.

Not really reliable. Am sure there are some genuine providers but lots of scam artists.

On Leolist, more of the latter tbh. I've seen a few RM guys on Leo. You can spot scammers 80% of the time by their ad description. If it looks vague and unprofessional, that's what you'll get, and of course, never send deposits in advance unless it's a guy with solid good reviews or someone you've met before and have a good relationship with.
