So our wires got crossed. I showed up for the appointment. Waited a few minutes, and left. I sent him a text, and he replied a few hours later explaining he mixed up the time and apologizing for making me wait and promising to make good if we could reschedule. Of course I told him we would reschedule after the holiday!
