Heading to Tokyo in November. What are your recommendations for below:

1) Massage- any specific spots. I prefer masc acting guy next door handsome types. 30s-30s Fit lean and muscular. Not into twinks OR hyper masc/super muscular. 

2) Gay hookup Spa- im staying in Shinjuku but any spots for Tokyo overall are appreciated

3) Onsen- Best eye candy overall? Mixed/straight onsens are ok, doesnt have to be a hookup spot. Which ones have the best naked bodies/handsome men to check out either gay or straight. Prefer a younger crowd 20s 30s

I recently came back from Tokyo.  I posted about my experience at Utatane in a different thread.   You can also try Namwa.  Both have a variety of types, including what you are looking for.   I also visited two Onsen.   Hagoromo-Yu and Benten-Yu.  Both were a bit out of they way, but reasonably easy to find.   There was no gay action at the times I visited, but I suspect it happens later at night.   In both there were a good selection of young and smooth Japanese guys.  Everyone naked.   Just remember to take your shoes off before you go to the desk!   www.gayifiers.com is a good source.

I ended up going to the 24Shinjuku which is pretty much a gay bathhouse.  I wasn't able to find regular Onsen's that have gay action as the ones I went to were all above board yet the gay specific ones were pretty busy and I scored several times.  Crowd of very mixed.  Few tourists, mostly locals and variety of age, description etc.  Everyone was there for one thing and no one was shy (part of the culture with nudity and all I think).  If you want something racy...I'd suggest you check it out
