@Paul FL said he didn't use his tongue when he kissed. If that's standard for him, I would call him a non-passionate kisser. 
 

On the other hand Pepe Le Pew never used his tongue. And I have to say that this does look pretty darn passionate to me.

Yes, if they don’t mention kissing in their ad, it’s generally an indication to me that if they do agree to kiss, it won’t be very passionate or with tongue.  So I got pretty specific in my questioning about whether or not they kiss..
