rubdowntime Posted September 10 Posted September 10 I was wondering it anyone has been with anyone trained in Somatic or a Sacred Intimate? I have been reading about this and was curious what other experiences are.
sfwysiwyg Posted October 9 Posted October 9 I am also interested in these sessions as a way of connecting more deeply. Any practitioners in the Bay Area anyone has tried?
+ robear Posted October 9 Posted October 9 Like a lot of things in this realm ("tantra" anyone), the words mean whatever the user wants them to mean. There is no universal meaning, nor are there any specific qualifications to offer services. Allen Silver, whom I've seen both for massage and SI sessions, is based in SF. As a guide, he has a very useful list of possible goals for an SI session on his website. It might give you some guidance in communicating with him, or other providers. If you don't want a generic experience, it's important to have a goal for the session (um, be realistic in what can transpire in an hour or two), and to communicate those goals as clearly as possible to the provider. I would say the first requirement for an effective provider is that he listen actively to the client's needs. https://www.allensi.com/index.php/what Vulgarii 1
Leopard Bodywork Posted October 9 Posted October 9 (edited) I would consider myself a sacred intimate, though im also still learning what that truly means to me. I just left San Fran but will be back in december, on to the next city on my cross-country tour https://rentmasseur.com/LeopardBodywork Edited October 10 by tantric leopard thomas 1

I've taken so many tantra courses and I am still confused as to what it actually is. Everyone tells you it's a way of life, so it's basically mindfulness but trying to experience joy in every little thing. Sexually, it's just edging and cuddling. That seems to be it. I had a tantric handjob by a Malaysian or indian doctor that actually grew up in the tantric tradition. My penis is sensitive so I didn't really enjoy it, but I sort of felt the trance-like feeling. It's just edging and doing little movements with the fingers.
