many providers deliberately do not include a phone contact.....serious clients won't mind sending a RM message and the provider can determine from that communication whether to offer a phone contact option

But this is one of the weird ones for which RM messenger only works on Rent.men, not on rentmen.eu

I asked support about that once and they said rentmen.eu is no longer tech supported they want everyone to use rent.men. If you prefer .eu though just initiate the message on rent.men and then you can switch back over to .eu and it'll be in your messenger.
