Best apps, Northern Italy?

Does anyone have advice on the best apps to use in Northern Italy? I'll be in Genoa this fall.

I know "Sleepyboy" is used in the UK, but not sure about the contingent, and RentMen listings for that area are scanty.

Also, any idea of a fair price there? Or are Americans so obvious and hated in Europe now?

You might want to give Hunqz a try, I've had good results with it across Europe. A quick Google search also brought up escorta.com, though I don’t have any personal experience with that one.
