I'm assuming you're not on AOL (cuz you'd know the answer to this if you were). On AOL, you do a search of the member directories for any keywords you are looking for (such as 'escort' and the city you live in) and up to 100 results will be returned to you. That's more than likely how he found the escort. He could have also been in the same chatroom with the escort.

Thank you for the information pdx. After making my original post, I chatted online with asupertopboy when I again saw him in the portland m4m chatroom. You are correct, his nomedeplume is not Jack. (That was just a joke-nickname that he used in his profile.)
