I don’t usually like to share convoluted stories like this because they’re often easy to take out of context, but...

He found me on Sniffies and said “I saw you looking at me on RM.” When I told him I didn’t remember him but that I sometimes use RM for casting (I produce for a top adult content site) so maybe I clicked on him while doing my regular search of newbies, he said something like “Well I’m not interested in being casted (sic) because I don’t like to put my face out there.” I explained that - as I hadn’t contacted him after seeing his profile, I had no interest in casting him. It would seem he succeeded in casting himself off, the final stitch removed from whatever needle he was using. Casting off is a closure of sorts, a completion.
