Reverse image search (the one of him standing shirtless in sweats and with the cap taking a selfie in the mirror) leads to a Threads account. The pictures look legit, reflecting pictures of a farmer around Lexington with gay hashtags on the account's posting.

I reached out to him recently and he never responded. His last login was a month ago, so maybe he is taking a break.
