I did this yesterday and skimmed through most of the content. Getting the one month is enough time to get through all the content, most of it is the clothed content, there's some nude content in the Premium section, but there's not as many models.

There should be a few tabs on the top of the screen. Trial, Basic, and Premium. You'll find the non clothed content in the Premium tab.
