viewing ownly Posted April 23 Posted April 23 The volume of hires must be night and day with people available when on the road but expect you to also have a hotel they can see you at compared to those who let you see them where they're staying. It drives me up the wall when I get excited seeing somebody I have my eyes on, and then they ask where I'm located because they can't host. I've never thought of trying to meet a hire at some dingy bathhouse, but perhaps if I'm that willing, it may be something to consider in the future? I can't imagine that scenario could go well. Other times, providers are simply too busy seeing the sights of the location they are briefly visiting, which makes one wonder why even bother to tell people where you're going if seeing clients aren't in the plans? + Pensant 1
BrooklynIrish Posted April 23 Posted April 23 Maybe it's because I'm in NYC but traveling providers are usually here for a few days. Sometimes they have hotels. Occasionally, they're staying with a friend. It's not a big issue because I can host. Monarchy79 1
