Yes, he does, or at least did. I had a "date" with him last year which I'd booked through an agency but he had to rush out of town at the last minute. He is based in L.A.

Let us know if you find out anything, he is still on my wish list.

Check out website for "Creme de la Creme" , get their phone number in LA and ask for "Bob". He will tell you if Sam is still available. Then please let us know.
