It's really kind of a cesspool of folks unworthy of our money and I'd like to support the guys who do work hard for their clients. Also, I'd give anything to be able to stop people misrepresenting their location on things like RM. You click on someone in "los angeles" and turns out they are in Palm Springs (not just visiting) or Weho and they live in West Lake Village. False advertising - bad start.
