Studio vs apt

Meeting a provider for the first time at a semi private studio. I aways go to apt or pvt space when meet any provider. What should I expect? He's paying for the space so should I tip him more or do providers usually figure that into the rate. Any info/advice would be great.

Always assume that provider has set his price to cover his expenses and a profit.  Tip as you feel appropriate for the quality of services provided.   If you typically would tip x% at someone's apt., tip x% at the semi private studio.
