I reached out to him this week. After an initial chat, he asked to move to Telegram to share his face pics. That was fine. I said what and when we were looking for. 

I asked his for his rate and pics. He responded by saying he's "all top", which mostly means he doesn't give oral. I said that wasn't mandatory.  That was 8/27. 8/28 - I asked how he was doing and that we'd like to see his face. I’m a bit surprised to hear this TBH. I have met him twice now and the communication has been straightforward and generally found him to be very responsive. First time we met was in mid-August and it was a quick conversation followed by a plan to meet a few hours later.  The meeting was great, did what we discussed and agreed to.  So I met him a second time this week with a similar experience. He is VERY good looking, masculine, muscular. 
I’m not going to defend him or speculate why your experience was quite different, but I do get the impression he is discreet and has a day job.
