Relatively new profile. Looks really good. No reviews yet. I'm guessing no one has met but any thoughts on whether to meet or not? I'm always nervous meeting someone new without anyone here having experience. And is it safe to do so in Mexico? I've never been but I know people 1st hand who have been been kidnapped by the cartel and held for ransom. I'm not assuming that this is a tactic but who knows. I guess can anyone assuage my fears about hiring in Mexico, specifically Playa del carmen/cancun and any suggestions of more established people that are more in the twink/twunk realm? Sorry for the ramble haha.

I feel you have to address your nerves first. Otherwise you won’t have an enjoyable time.

I too know people who’ve been kidnapped in Mexico but in both cases it was an “express kidnapping’. Both people were taken in a fashionable area of the capital while alone; one was walking, the other was in a taxi. Each was held for less than an hour and had to give up their bank card and PIN. Each was released unharmed. 
 

My simple suggestion is that you stay in a smart and secure hotel in Cancun. And if you hire, suggest you insist he comes to you (offer taxi fares if needed) and invite him first for a drink in a public area of the hotel. Then, if your instincts tell you something is “off” about the guy, politely decline to proceed and give him some money for his time.
