Cologne or Dusseldorf?

I still get to Berlin and Hamburg sometimes but haven't been to my favorite gay city, Koln, since i was much younger. Then there was a basement horseshoe-shaped leather/hustler bar with a good supply of nice trade plus the occasional Bahnhofjunge passed around. I remember riding on back of a motorcycle with a muscled leather guy at 3am through the snow to his place and several easy low-cost pickup guys. 

But now all i hear about is Dusseldorf, which has the house of boys etc. But the two cities are so close (20 miles?). Is there still a good scene in Koln or has most of it moved to Dusseldorf? Which one do you hotel in?

They offer pick ups in Düsseldorf round trip for 50€ if you book a guy for 2 hours.

Alternatively the S-bahn leaves Düsseldorf for Kaarst train station every 20 minutes.
They say it’s a 7 minute walk from the Kaatst station to their facility.

A friend who lives in Düsseldorf took me to a bar called Comeback on a Friday night last November. It was packed with guys for hire. Most of them either from the Balkan region or North-African. There was a seperate larger toilet stall that you could bring one of the guys into (the toilet was locked and the guy would get the key from the bar). 

All guys I spoke to were very limited in their services. They would only allow their dick to be sucked. They didn't kiss and didn't suck dick themselves. I never broached the subject of anal. One guy I asked about prices charged 70 euro for 30 minutes where I would be allowed to suck his dick and nothing more in the toilet. He did bring it down to 50 when I declined or suggested he could go with me to my hotel for 100 euro (but he didn't specify the length of the session).

It was an interesting experience but I'm not sure how satisfying an experience it would be. I got a strong sense of... Not exactly scamming people (I do think the guys enjoy getting serviced by thirsty gay men), but a definite lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I didn't engage anyone for their services.

so CityBoys is not a outcall agency? If it's that far out of Dusseldorf that's not easy. I just don't get why it and Comeback bar are in Dusseldorf instead of Koln where i'm used to easy gay debauchery. But then IDK Desseldorf.
