I hired this guy the other day, and the person who showed up was not the guy in the pics. He is entirely different, not even close. His profile says he is 173 cm tall, which would make him 5.6". The guy who showed up was 6'4" with dreads.    I thanked him for coming and sent him on his way home.

What was his reaction? Did you end up doing a partial payment? Curious how he responded!

I was nice about it, and no partial payment, but I did provide him with an Uber home. I just said to him, "Hey, ummm, you know this isn't going to work. The profile of the guy I hired says he is 5'6, and I can tell you are not that".  Looking at his tall, trim frame, I could also tell that he wasn't the stocky muscle guy in the profile.   All though i was kinda pissed off, i just chalked it up a lack of upfriont research on my part.  I let my guard down.   I hope that is helpful.
