He’s visiting Kansas City again and I went to reach out to him to see if he was available and he blocked me. So I guess he’s a flake. YMMV but I’m better off to have not booked or engaged him.

Haven't we pretty much established ( after much discussion ) that 99% of the providers who tag themselves as "Russian" are ALL basically con-artists ? 🤔
