Clients don’t know their schedule?!

Would you call up a restaurant looking for a reservation “anytime” or do you throw out some options since you’re the customer?

While I understand your thought, if you can't do 3:15pm, are you ok with people hanging up and choosing another restaurant? 

I have asked for many providers if they are available between 1pm and 3pm, only to get an endless list of times that are NOT the time I asked for.  I understand stand providers asking for their time to be respected and in turn expect the same consideration for my work, travel, etc.
