I was at Yellow Rose near Union Square (NYC) the other day and even though the owners claim Texas roots, the food was atrocious. God knows I love NY, but….. NYC BBQ….sucks NYC Tex-Mex….sucks NYC Southern….sucks NYC Philly Cheesesteak…sucks Regional means regional. You can’t export it.
