The only thing that's real are reviews here. And even here you have to be a bit careful. I remember writing a negative review about someone (bro wanted me to drive to him, pay him $400/hr to give him a massage, and he couldn't guarantee cumming because he had swapped my scheduled session with someone else), and then a forum member who seemingly wants to marry him summoned him here to defend himself. 

In general though, you gotta realize that the reviews on those sites are generally fake. I've learned that guys vetted here are far less likely to be disappointments.
