Recommendations in NYC or LA for providers with this look

I was wondering if someone can recommend providers in either NYC or LA that have a similar look to the guy in the attached pictures (he's not a provider himself). 

Preferably someone who can bottom and kisses with tongue. Thanks!!

You could try AndyVit with profiles on Rentmen and Rentmasseur.  I have met him and strongly recommend for the scene you have in mind - and quite a few other scenes as well.  He is orally gifted and a hungry bottom.
