Rentman and his sister site are both down. This has been happening more frequently I've noticed.

I just was on RM as it's kind of in and out. I got a weird loading screen that I had never seen before. Not the one error screen where it says they are notifying their maintenance team of the issue. Was a different one. They are likely doing some sort of updates or upgrades.
