Oh! I agree. Hands on butt is the way to go. The sheet is manipulated and wrapped around ones privies and bits. The glutes are fair game and allowed manual handling and kneading. So it’s all proper and above board. 
 

The above is the procedure at say a 5⭐️ spa. Ofc, rentmasseur is different. 😉
