A better translation of “Y depende, algo más,” would be “something more could be offered, depending.” Don’t know what the criteria is for the “more.” Maybe more money or if he’s attracted to you.

He's very, very friendly. Pics are accurate. I wasn't in the mood for an escort, but I was for a good massage and extras. The massage was non-existent. But the extras! I don't know if we really had chemistry, but if he's like this with all his clients, it was certainly worth the price of admission.
