you can simply say that you aren't interested in drugs for either of you at a meeting and that you hope he'll be sharp and not under the influence....in a polite and respectful way, of course

Or using a less vague, generic title for your post?

Maybe change it to "Any 411 on PetitCoco in Laurel, MD?"
