This provider didn't get on RM delusionally expecting $1k, he was already groomed that way. I'm guessing the recent change in profile is because he's tired of the seedier enquiries via RM from guys maxing out at $400. Likely, one could reach him via IG DM for business but expect that $1k price tag in place or at least his starting point.
