Should I tell an escort he has HPV?

I met an escort last week for the second time. He had a number of warts on his body which put a damper on things. I'm not sure if he knows that it's HPV. Should I tell him?

Personally, I got my two shots of the HPV Vaccine years ago.

I'd say yes. He may want to get them biopsied.

yes, you should tell him and I've done it myself last year. I hired him a few times and in our last encounter I noticed them all over his anus. I told him right away, took a picture to show him.

I have medical training.  All of us should be vaccinated for HPV and get screened regularly.  These can turn into cancer and can be serious. Not something to ignore.
