Last week I saw these vids from "CumDumpSluts" on BB+ ( https://barebackplus.com/ ) & (almost) all the guys have a "bump" in their dick, I thought it was because of an ED injection but maybe it's that "bocox" thing?

It's not for performance.

Cocks injected with filler are soft around the edges and never get fully hard because of it.  It's basically just for looks.

As for putting tox anywhere near your dick, that's so far from off-label usage, I'd be wary.
