+ g56whiz Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 Had to restore my Surface Pro to factory settings. Had to reinstall my MSOffice and AVG programs but my documents remained intact. The problem is that all screens (including this one) are black. That includes the the sing on screens and the background for all my MSOffice documents. How can I fix this. Thnx.
