Surface Pro Reset Problem

Had to restore my Surface Pro to factory settings.  Had to reinstall my MSOffice and AVG programs but my documents remained intact. The problem is that all screens (including this one) are black. That includes the the sing on screens and the background for all my MSOffice documents.  How can I fix this.  Thnx.

I’m not familiar with the Surface Pro but you may want to check in settings that “Dark Mode” or “Dark Theme” is not selected.

Press the following keyboard shortcut: Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B. This combination restarts the display subsystem
