did you read his ad text before inquiring about a weekend appointment?.......to be very blunt, his hours are exceedingly clear

I would be surprised if he had OF/JFF content.  I think that anyone listing on Rentmen or Rentmasseur is likely to mention that they have said content available since it would increase their income.
