As a doc, I feel compelled to respond to this question with a very strong caution:

 

Do not allow yourself to become re-exposed to HIV since you may contract a strain which is resistant to the antiretroviral therapy you are already taking. The combination of drugs and the dosage which you are receiving (hopefully!) works specifically for you. If you increase your viral load with another HIV strain, you may push your immune system past the point of mounting a sufficient response from your drug regimen. There is the added risk of contracting infections from other HIV-associated pathogens (e.g. cytomegalovirus, pneumocystis, cryptosporidium, cryptococcus, etc.) which are equally resistant to the maintenance medications which are used to prevent or delay infections from these microorganisms. The HIV positive escort runs the same risk.

 

While I can certainly empathize with you in your desire to seek companionship, I urge you to reconsider your thinking if you believe that sex with an HIV positive escort may be unprotected. Although I do not see any evidence that you intend to do so, my commitment to patient welfare and professional ethics forbid me from advocating any practice which may potentially cause harm to come to a patient.

 

Please forgive my preaching, but my concern for patients sometimes gets the best of my discretion.
